Transmission

Rp 580.000

'Transmission' first appeared as a Joy Division single in 1979, its spare bass figure, synthesizer drone and Ian Curtis's voice building toward a sudden release of tension. This later 12-inch picture disc pairs it with 'Novelty'. It is a limited French fan-club pressing on Fractured France, not an official Factory Records edition.

"the sheer power it builds up over the course of four minutes is extraordinary"
The Guardian (song commentary, quoted)
