These Terms of Use & Sale govern access to and use of nix-p.com, including purchases, product requests, and other interactions with NIXP.

By using this website, submitting a request, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About NIXP

NIXP operates an online and physical retail selection covering records, CDs, cassettes, objects, publishing, and apparel.

References to “NIXP,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to the operator of NIXP.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, formats, editions, prices, and conditions accurately.

Colours and details may appear slightly different depending on the customer's screen, lighting, photography, manufacturing variation, or the age and condition of the item.

Product packaging, inserts, stickers, obi strips, download codes, and other accessories are included only when stated or visible in the product description.

3. Product Condition

Products may be listed using conditions such as:

• New-Sealed
• New-Unsealed
• Used Excellent
• Used Good

The condition displayed on the product page forms part of the product description.

For sealed products, NIXP cannot inspect the media inside without breaking the original seal. Minor wear to outer packaging caused by storage, age, manufacturing, or transport may occur and will not automatically be considered a defect unless it materially differs from the listing.

Used items may show ordinary signs of age or prior ownership. Any material defect known to us will be disclosed in the listing.

4. Availability

Products are subject to availability. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it.

An item is reserved only after an order has been created under the checkout process. If payment is not completed within the stated payment period, the reservation may expire and the item may become available again.

Rare, limited, used, and one-off items may only have one unit available.

5. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is accepted after:

• product availability has been confirmed;
• the final price and shipping cost have been calculated;
• payment has been successfully verified; and
• NIXP issues an order or payment confirmation.

We may cancel an order before shipment when:

• an item is unavailable;
• stock information is incorrect;
• an obvious pricing or system error has occurred;
• payment cannot be verified;
• the delivery address is incomplete or unsupported;
• fraudulent or unauthorised activity is reasonably suspected; or
• fulfilling the order would violate applicable law.

Any verified payment received for a cancelled order will be refunded using the original payment method or another agreed method.

6. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in Indonesian rupiah unless stated otherwise.

Shipping charges and other applicable costs will be displayed or communicated separately before payment.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Midtrans. Payment availability may depend on the provider, bank, transaction value, and customer location.

An order is not considered paid based only on a screenshot, browser message, or customer payment claim. Payment must be confirmed through NIXP's payment system or payment provider.

Customers must not manipulate prices, payment requests, shipping charges, discount information, or website data.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Domestic orders may be delivered through JNE or another courier displayed during checkout.

Jakarta same-day or instant delivery may be arranged manually when available.

International orders are handled through manual quotation. International customers must provide the destination country, postal code, delivery address, and requested item before a shipping quote can be issued.

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Delays may occur because of courier operations, weather, customs, public holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside NIXP's reasonable control.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer when the order is delivered to the customer or authorised recipient.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate address, postal code, telephone number, and recipient information. Additional delivery costs caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information may be charged to the customer.

International customers are responsible for import duties, customs charges, taxes, and other destination-country fees unless expressly stated otherwise.

8. Returns and Order Problems

Customers must contact orders@nix-p.com as soon as reasonably possible when an order:

• arrives damaged;
• contains the wrong item;
• is materially different from its description;
• is missing an item; or
• contains a product with a material defect that was not disclosed.

The customer should keep the product, packaging, shipping label, and supporting photographs or video while the claim is reviewed.

NIXP may offer, depending on the circumstances:

• replacement;
• repair;
• store credit;
• partial refund; or
• full refund.

Returns based only on preference, format misunderstanding, duplicated ownership, or change of mind are not automatically accepted.

Opened sealed media, worn apparel, used personal items, and products damaged after delivery may be refused for return, except where the customer has rights under applicable consumer law.

Returned products must not be sent without prior instructions from NIXP.

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits rights that customers have under applicable Indonesian consumer-protection law.

9. Apparel Sizing

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size information before ordering apparel.

Size exchanges are subject to stock availability and may only be accepted when the item remains unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and complete with its original tags and packaging.

Shipping costs for an approved size exchange may be charged to the customer unless the wrong size was supplied by NIXP.

10. Request Item Service

Submitting the Request Item form does not guarantee that NIXP will find, purchase, reserve, or supply the requested item.

Prices, conditions, editions, sourcing times, and availability may change during the search process.

A requested item will only become an order after the customer accepts the final product details, price, shipping cost, and payment instructions.

Customers must submit accurate contact information and must not use the request form for unlawful, abusive, misleading, or automated submissions.

11. Website Use

You may use the website only for lawful personal or commercial purchasing purposes.

You must not:

• interfere with the website or its security;
• attempt unauthorised access;
• introduce malware or harmful code;
• scrape or copy the catalogue through automated means without permission;
• impersonate another person;
• submit false payment or contact information;
• manipulate product prices, stock, orders, or checkout data; or
• use the website in a way that harms NIXP or other users.

We may restrict access, reject submissions, or cancel affected orders where misuse is reasonably suspected.

12. Intellectual Property

The NIXP name, website design, original photography, writing, graphics, layouts, and other original site content are owned by or licensed to NIXP.

Record covers, artist names, album titles, label names, trademarks, and third-party images remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the website identifies products offered by NIXP and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation unless expressly stated.

Website content may not be reproduced, commercially reused, republished, or distributed without permission, except where permitted by law.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may use or link to third-party services such as payment providers, couriers, WhatsApp, social-media platforms, and external publications.

These third parties may have their own terms and privacy practices. NIXP is not responsible for third-party systems outside its reasonable control, while remaining responsible for its own obligations to customers under applicable law.

14. Personal Information

NIXP may process information including names, email addresses, telephone numbers, delivery addresses, order information, payment status, and product requests to operate the website and fulfil orders.

Payment card or bank credentials may be processed directly by the relevant payment provider and may not be stored by NIXP.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NIXP is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time an order was accepted.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights, fraud, wilful misconduct, or responsibility for products materially inconsistent with their description.

16. Changes to the Website and Terms

NIXP may update its products, prices, website functions, policies, and these Terms.

Changes will apply from the effective date displayed on this page. Changes will not retroactively remove rights attached to an order already accepted, unless required by law or agreed with the customer.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Customers should first contact NIXP so that the matter can be reviewed and resolved directly.

When a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, either party may use the dispute-resolution mechanisms available under Indonesian law, including the relevant Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency or court.
