Shipping

NIXP currently ships within Indonesia. Available delivery options and the delivery charge are shown during checkout after you enter the destination.

JNE rates are calculated from the packed order, destination, and selected service. Jakarta same-day or instant delivery may be arranged through GoSend when available. Store pickup is available when selected at checkout and has no delivery charge.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Courier operations, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside NIXP's reasonable control may affect delivery time.

Orders & Payment

Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it. When checkout creates an order, available stock is held for one hour while payment is completed. An unpaid reservation is released automatically after that period.

Payment is processed securely through Midtrans. NIXP marks an order as paid only after payment is verified by the payment system; a screenshot or payment claim alone is not confirmation. The final amount includes the selected items and delivery charge before payment opens.

After payment is verified, NIXP prepares the order for dispatch and sends the available order or delivery information to the contact details provided at checkout.

Delivery Information

Please provide an accurate recipient name, telephone number, address, city or regency, province, and postal code. Additional costs or delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information may be charged to the customer.

Keep the product, packaging, shipping label, and photographs or video if an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or materially different from its listing.

Returns & Order Problems

Contact orders@nix-p.com as soon as reasonably possible if your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, is missing an item, is materially different from its description, or has a material defect that was not disclosed.

Do not send anything back without receiving return instructions from NIXP. Depending on the circumstances, NIXP may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, partial refund, or full refund.

Returns based only on preference, change of mind, format misunderstanding, or duplicated ownership are not automatically accepted. Opened sealed media, worn apparel, used personal items, and products damaged after delivery may be refused, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

International Orders

International orders are handled by manual quotation. Contact NIXP with the item name, destination country, postal code, and delivery address before ordering. Import duties, customs charges, taxes, and destination-country fees are the customer's responsibility unless expressly agreed otherwise.
