King Of The Beach

Rp 810.000

On King of the Beach, Nathan Williams lets Wavves' songs come through the noise with unusually clear, direct hooks. The title track, 'Idiot' and 'Post Acid' keep the guitars rough while the rhythm section gives the record a harder push than its home-recorded predecessors. This is the 2010 Fat Possum LP with the original illustrated cat sleeve, not the later alternate-art pressing.

"a more polished, coherent Wavves"
